How is ThermNeck & Upper Back different from a regular neck massager?
ThermNeck & Upper Back combines five technologies in one cordless wearable:

- Dual Theragun percussion. Two built-in Theraguns deliver deep percussion to both sides of the upper back at once, easing tension in the trapezius and upper-neck muscles that tighten during screen time.
- Kneading massage. Three kneading settings help release the stress-related tension that builds in the trapezius and upper back through the day.
- Far-infrared heat. Carbon-fibre heating with three temperature levels warms deeper into the neck and upper back to help tense muscles relax.
- Near-infrared LED. 12 precisely placed LEDs across the back of the neck support the body's natural recovery after everyday activity.
- Soothing heat. Gentle warmth soothes tired muscles and promotes relaxation.
- Cordless, adjustable fit. Adjustable straps and hand loops let you control the fit and pressure, whether you're seated, standing or reclined. One size fits most body types.
- App control. Adjust your treatment, unlock extra settings and follow guided routines in the Therabody app.
How to use
- Put it on. Wrap the adjustable strap around your back and clip it to one buckle. Place the device around your neck, then bring the other end of the strap around and clip it to the other buckle.
- Choose your settings. Press the power button, then pick from 3 speeds, 3 massage patterns and 3 heat levels. Each treatment runs for a preset 20 minutes. Use percussion for 2–5 minutes at a time.
- Relax while it works. Hold the loops down and forward for steady contact. Pull harder for deeper pressure, or ease your grip for a gentler massage.
Cleaning: Wipe the massage heads and silicone surfaces with a damp cloth or alcohol-free wipe after each use. Don't submerge the device or expose it to excess moisture, and let it dry fully before storing or charging.
