Ice N Wrap ice packs are used to treat muscular injuries resulting from physical activity and exercise.
Ice N Wrap large ice packs are used for:
- Hamstring
- Waist
- Shoulder

Instructions:
1. Fill the Ice N Wrap to approximately two thirds full with ice cubes or crushed ice.
2. Squash the bag down to expel air and close the lid tightly.
3. Position the bag over the injured body area and attach the straps to the bag while placing the ice bag lid through the hole.
4. Tighten velcro straps to ensure comfortable compression against the injured area. (Do not tighten too far to cause discomfort)
Returns because of hygiene issues, if a brace is to be returned because its not suitable or the wrong size, we will only accept a return of the product if it has its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
