Ankle straps can be connected to one or multiple PowerTubes to target lower body muscles and perform a wide range of Pilates exercises. Compatible with the PTP PowerTube, they allow you to target your hips, glutes, thighs and calves, and perform a wide range of Pilates exercises without the need for a reformer machine. Simply clip your PowerTube to the metal ring of the Ankle Straps to get started. You can connect your Ankle Straps to one or multiple PowerTubes as you progress and feel the need for added challenge.
