Range-of-Motion Instruments are used to measure progressive mobility of small and large joints. Popular in physiotherapy to show progress in treatment.
This transparent plastic goniometer measures a joint's axis of motion and its range of motion. The primary purpose of a goniometer is to assist in physiotherapy by determining the range of motion of a joint as well as evaluating and gauging recovery progress after surgery or physiotherapy.
This goniometer lets you measure joint limits and range-of-motion as well as check extension, flexion, abduction, adduction and rotation. The arms have a linear scale in both inches and centimetres and the angle scale reads in 1 degree increments. The clear plastic goniometer allows the device to be placed directly over a joint or limb for easy observation.
