The Ossur Foot-Up is a lightweight ankle-foot orthosis that gives dynamic support for drop foot or similar complaints. It supports the foot the moment it is raised, which gives a visible improvement in gait. It has two parts: a cushioned ankle wrap made from a breathable, three-layer material, and a plastic inlay that fits discreetly between the tongue and laces of a lace-up shoe. The inlay attaches to the wrap with a quick-release clip. The wrap is comfortable for long periods of wear, and the orthosis is practically invisible when worn.
