The Dictus Band is a simple, discreet solution for foot drop, using a latex spring band that lifts the foot immediately after toe-off. Made from sturdy, genuine leather construction (which becomes more comfortable with wear), it uses latex bands — stronger and longer-lasting than standard elastic — to provide a dynamic dorsiflexion moment and superior foot lift as the wearer walks. The latex band can be set in various positions, enabling directional pull to help combat an equino-varus foot and ankle posture. Supplied with both a steel hook and a Monohook, giving patients greater flexibility in footwear choice.
