AirCast AirSelect Elite Walker

Not all walking boots are the same — the Aircast AirSelect Elite is the most advanced boot in the AirSelect range, engineered to help patients recover faster with unparalleled comfort and clinically proven technology. A durable, semi-rigid shell provides full protection to the limb, while overlapping Duplex aircells line the shell to deliver intermittent pneumatic compression for effective oedema reduction. A pre-inflated front panel works together with the surrounding aircells to create a total-contact fit, locking in uniform pressure across the limb for a higher level of motion control than the Standard walker. SoftStrike technology absorbs and dissipates shock at the heel, while a lightweight, optimised rocker sole encourages a natural walking gait and helps reduce hyperextension of the knee during recovery. 

The trimmable, heat-mouldable shell contours around the malleoli for a custom, pressure-free fit, and the sleek, open-frame design keeps the leg ventilated throughout extended wear. A three-strap system evenly disperses pressure and helps reduce pooling of oedema, while the integrated inflation system — with no separate hand bulb required — puts the patient in full control of an individualised fit.

If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger option. A correctly fitted boot should feel comfortably snug and supportive, without being excessively tight.
