Alpha Sport Jersey Competition Terms & Conditions
1. PromoterThe promoter of this competition is Alpha Vital (Trading as Alpha Sport), 28 Smallwood St, Underwood 4119 QLD, ABN 83 642 783 382, contact number: 1300 725 255.
2. Competition PeriodThe competition opens on 01/02/2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30/06/2025. The draw will take place on 01/07/2025.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Entrants must be associated with a recognised sports club or organisation.
Employees of Alpha Sport and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to EnterTo enter, participants must complete the online entry form at https://www.alphasport.com.au/clubs/jersey-competition and provide the following details:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Club or Organisation Name
Club Postcode
Role within the Club (Admin, Medical Staff, Supporter)
Preferred Jersey Choice (Gold Coast Suns, Brisbane Broncos, Carlton Blues)
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize Details
Three (3) winners will be drawn at random.
Each winner will have a signed jersey awarded to their nominated sports club or organisation.
The available jerseys are: Gold Coast Suns, Brisbane Broncos, and Carlton Blues.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 01/07/2025.
Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a redraw may occur.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Alpha Sport reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
If a winner is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant.
Alpha Sport reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with Alpha Sport's Privacy Policy: https://www.alphasport.com.au/privacy-policy.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Alpha Sport, which they can opt out of at any time.
9. Liability
Alpha Sport is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
The promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of entering or winning this competition.
